How to get to Flypark

Coming from Helsinki

  • Drive towards Tuusulantie and choose the second ramp towards airport (Lentorahti sign).
  • Turn left and keep the left lane.
  • After 500 meters turn left when you see the black Flypark sign (Pyhtäänkorventie).
  • Continue approx. 50 meters and turn left when you see the big Flypark sign.
  • Follow the signs towards Flypark INFO.

From Kehä 3

  • Turn towards north (Tuusula) from Kehä 3.
  • Continue until you see the sign (Lentorahti).
  • Turn left and continue towards airport.
  • After 500 meters turn left when you see the black Flypark sign (Pyhtäänkorventie).
  • Continue approx. 50 meters and turn left when you see the big Flypark sign.
  • Follow the signs towards Flypark INFO.

From the north

  • Turn towards airport from the sign (Lentoasema, Veromies, Tikkurila).
  • From the first roundabout choose the first exit.
  • Drive approx. 1,4 km towards airport.
  • Turn left from the sign (Ilmakehä/ Flypark, Helsinki, Koivuhaka).
  • Turn right from the next crossing (Pyhtäänkorventie).
  • After 50m you will see the Flypark sign, turn left.
  • Follow the signs towards Flypark INFO.

This is how you make your parking easier!

The time of arrival at the parking lot is indicative, Which means that there is space for maneuver in both arrival and return time, and minor schedule changes do not need to be notified separately.

It`s a good idea to come to the parking lot 2,5 hours before your flight, especially if you have bags that need to be checked in.

If you were unsure about the size class of the car when making the reservation, go to the reservation website and click on the small info-sign that provides additional information. If the size category was wrong, send an email to myynti@flypark.fi

When you arrive at Flypark, drive to the info area and park your car in the customer spaces. Please, don`t leave your car in the middle of the yard. The crew is not always in the office, but you can register as a self-service from the tablet at the counter. Write your last name in it, order a ride and you can see the waiting time on the top right of the tablet.

Make sure that you received a return instruction text message on your phone, which also shows the parking end time. While waiting for the driver, you can take your luggage out of the car. Customers are taken on board in check-in order and all travelers are taken into account. The staff guides all customers to parking based on the parking package.

The transport takes you the bus stop 40-42 and the return transport leaves from the same stop.

When you return from a trip, if your flight is late there is no need to report it separately. We track all customer's flights in real time. If your return flight changes, notify us as soon as possible with a text message. The message should contain: new flight number, return time of the flight and your last name. Send the message to the same number you received instructions from (+358401900910). You can reach us from the same number between 8pm and 10am.

If there's an acute emergency between 8pm and 10am and you can't send text messages, you can reach the INFO staff via number +358201900905. Our sales provides support during the day between 10am and 8pm.

When you have passed through customs and feel ready for transport, order the ride by text message according to the instructions: Reply to the message with your LAST NAME (number +3584573963628)

Come to stop 40-42 depending on the waiting time. We take customers on board in order of orders. If you are not at the bus stop within the pick-up time, you will receive a new waiting time on your phone or you will be called. You can find the bus terminal by following the BUS icons located on the ceiling line in the terminal local. Walking instructions: When you come to the public side of the terminal, walk to the corner of the ALEPA store you can see on the right. On the right is the exit to the bus terminal. Walk straight forward, go over the zebra crossing and you will reach bus stop 40-42. You will recognize our cars by the large FLYPARK stickers and their silver coloring.

You pick up the car from the parking lot according to the service description (Basic and Basic PLUS) or you can get it from the information area. (Comfort and Lux parking)

At the end of the parking, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey. By answering it, we can develop our service based on the feedback. You can also send feedback with a Google form from this link. Thank you for the feedback!
